- The board approved several new business signs in New City and Nanuet, including for Prime Infusions, Beacon Bank, California Closets, JAG Physical Therapy, Contour Medical Aesthetics, and Blaze Physical Therapy, often requiring façade repairs or lighting adjustments to keep the town’s look consistent.
- A sign already installed without approval at 306 South Main Street was conditionally approved after changing the background color to better match the building and with the requirement it be removed if the tenant leaves.
- Plans to upgrade lighting at the TD Bank ATM in Nanuet were discussed, but the board asked for lower light levels and will review revised plans at the next meeting.
- A proposed colorful Pac-Man themed renovation for the Pac-Man Plaza façade was presented, but the board requested more color options before making a decision.
