RESOLUTIONS 1. Authorizing Purchasing Agent to Advertise for Bids (BID#18-2026 – DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURES AT 49 WALDRON AVENUE, CENTRAL NYACK, NY) 2. Authorizing Director of Department of Engineering and Facilities Management to Create Playground (Central Nyack) (Not to Exceed: $1,000,000) 3. Authorizing Director of Department of Engineering and Facilities Management to Seek Proposals (Various Parks) (Not to Exceed: $2,000,000/Serial Bonds) 4. Rescinding Resolution No. 357-2026 (Amending resolution No. 232-2026 – 2026 Roadway Resurfacing Program) 5. Authorizing Payment to Sealcoat USA, Inc. ($131,535/Previously Issued Bonds and Cost Sharing Program)
