TAC REVIEW: INITIAL SEQR REVIEW RAISING CANE’S NANUET, SL 57.20-1-13, (FKA 163-A-12.1) NANUET - Proposed demolition of the existing vacant restaurant and construction of a 3,783sqft single story restaurant with a drive-thru, outdoor seating and 48 parking spaces. Property is located on 2.19 acres of RS zoned land on the northwest corner of the intersection of NYS Route 59 and Hutton Avenue in Nanuet (198 W Route 59, Nanuet, NY 10954).
2. TAC REVIEW: NYACK WATER TREATMENT PLANT, SL 65.05-2-1, (FKA 89-A-5) WEST NYACK - Proposed construction of a 2,150 sq. ft. facility addition to the existing 8,396 sq. ft. Nyack Treatment Facility to house PFAS/PFOA water treatment vessels resulting in a 10,546 sq. ft. two-story building.
Associated site improvements will include a small access drive, an updated generator, utility upgrades, and minor modifications to the existing earthen flood berm. The property is located on 9.85 acres of LIO zoned land on the north side of Route 59 with the western property boundary abutting the Hackensack River (230 Route 59, West Nyack, NY 10994). 3.
