TOWN OF CLARKSTOWN TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING Town Hall Room 301 July 8, 2025 at 11:00 AM MINUTES
PRESENT: Supervisor George Hoehmann Councilman Mark Licker Councilman Robert Axelrod Town Clerk Lauren Wohl
ABSENT: Councilman Michael Graziano Councilman Donald Franchino For the record: This is an Emergency Town Board Meeting to authorize special legal action. The Supervisor's office has been in contact with all Town Council members. Co. Graziano and Co. Franchino, both were out of Town and are unable to make the meeting. At 11:06 AM, the Supervisor made a motion to go into Executive Session. This was offered by Co.
Axelrod, seconded by Co. Licker. All were in favor. The Supervisor asked for the recording to be turned off because the Executive Session will be held in Room 301. His staff closed the door. At 11:21 AM, the Supervisor made a motion to exit the Executive Session. This was offered by Co. Licker, seconded by Co. Axelrod. All were in favor. The Supervisor George Hoehmann declared the Town Board meeting opened.
Assemblage saluted the flag. The Town Clerk read the roll call.
EXECUTIVE SESSION The Board may move into Executive Session to discuss ligitation matters.
