PRESENT: Supervisor George Hoehmann Councilman Mark Licker Councilman Donald Franchino Councilman Robert Axelrod Town Clerk Lauren Wohl

ABSENT: Councilman Michael Graziano The Supervisor George Hoehmann declared the Town Board meeting opened. Assemblage saluted the flag. The Town Clerk read the roll call.

SPECIAL PRESENTATION ~ 2026 Tentative Budget

PUBLIC COMMENTS REGARDING AGENDA ITEMS AND GENERAL

PUBLIC COMMENTS The Supervisor stated that there was a change to the date of this meeting. The meeting was advanced due to scheduling conflicts. This is why Co. Graziano is absent. He has been briefed on the Tentative Budget. The Supervisor thanked all the Councilman who worked extremely hard to get this Tentative Budget to the table.

RESOLUTIONS

AGENDA ITEM #1: RESOLUTION No (434-2025) - Resolution Changing the Start Time of Town Board Meeting Scheduled for November 6, 2025 — Adopted

AGENDA ITEM #2: RESOLUTION No (435-2025) - Concerning Tentative Budget for 2026 and Scheduling a Public Hearing — Adopted

EXECUTIVE SESSION The Board may move into Executive Session to discuss personnel, negotiations, and/or litigation matters.
